Making pilot training more affordable
Electric aviation presents new pilots (and training schools!) with an amazing cost saving. The massively reduced service and maintenance schedule of electric aircraft, coupled with lower energy-per-hour usage, means that our flight school partners can offer you, the new recruit, far greater value using electric trainer aircraft.
Starting with your recreational Pilot Certificate, you will learn to fly solo in a Light Sport aircraft, giving you the opportunity to build your skills and confidence in low-cost electric aircraft. Then, when you are ready to progress to a PPL, you can complete an RPL conversion and take on your next stage of navigational training in a GA electric aircraft, arriving at your PPL with at least $5K less cost than in an ICE aircraft. With far fewer emissions!

Flight training (and consolidation) Gamified!
A modern electric plane requires a modern electric training process. FlyOnE is leveraging the power of 'game theory' to help build skills and confidence in controlled and non controlled airspace with our students and allumni by setting trackable and sharable missions with the goal to complete the course with the least amount of energy used! Below are our growing range of courses that electric pilots compete on for efficiency while enjoying the stunning WA beaches and landscapes.
Conversion courses and Orientation for Maintainers
FlyOnE is hosting orientation training courses to familiarise maintainers with the specific requirements for maintenance of the electric aircraft we are supporting and importing to Australia.
How to apply for an RA-AUS L2 maintainer accreditation
To be elligible to fully maintain the Pipistrel Alpha Electro in Australia, an L2 maintenance level accreditation is required. The below links explain the criteria needed to achieve an L2 Maintainer certification.
